Once there was a family in a home so fair,
But trouble came knocking, they had mortgage to bear.
With bills to pay and finances so tight,
They feared their house would soon take flight.
But a predatory real estate agent came to call,
Suggesting they sell and forget about it all.
But the family knew this wouldn't be right,
For their home held memories both day and night.
So they searched for a solution, a plan so sound,
And they found a home retention expert, they finally found.
This wise man worked with them, hand in hand,
To keep their home, to keep it so grand.
He showed them ways to reduce their debt,
And explained the foreclosure process, so they wouldn't be left,
He helped them get back on their feet,
And they finally had a future, so sweet.
So the family worked hard, and followed the plan,
And their home was saved, all due to this man.
They learned to budget, and save each day,
And their home was theirs to keep, hooray!
And so the family lived happily ever after,
In their home filled with love and laughter.
They learned a valuable lesson, one to hold dear,
To always trust experts and steer clear of predatory real estate agents, who bring you no cheer.
