I have never seen such a strong sellers market in 35 years.
Buyers are bemoaning the shortgage of houses.
Even fraternity homes (the proverbial white elephant in real estate) are selling quickly.
A fraternity home on South Allen Street went under contract on April 23, 2021, after just 14 days on the market.
I am watching this segment of the State College market very carefully. I'm doing a deep dive. Watch for a report on this market soon.
What are the zoning restrictions that protect local home owners?
Who are the most likely buyers of these properties?
What on the horizon vis-a-vis future sales offerings?
